We support adults impacted by ADHD feel connected, supported and understood
Living with ADHD comes with questions. Lots of them.
Is ADHD hereditary? Should I medicate? What lifestyle changes will relieve my symptoms?
It also comes with its fair share of challenges.
And not just the obvious – such as difficulty focusing on tasks, poor time management or being easily distracted.
You may have difficulty dealing with criticism and rejection. Perhaps you struggle with sensory processing issues that can leave you overstimulated and overwhelmed. Or maybe you feel isolated and don’t know where to turn for reassurance and advice.
That’s where we come in. We’re ADHD Aware – a charity that exists to support adults with ADHD.
Led by volunteers with lived experience, we’ve spent over a decade helping adults with ADHD feel understood, supported and less alone.
